Return Policy

Returns


Returns must be received within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your returned product to reach us may vary.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused, and in the same condition that you received them. Items must be returned in their original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)


Once we receive your return, we will send you an email notifying you we have received your item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your item(s) are approved for refund, we will process your refund, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)


After your refund is processed, it may take 3-5 business days before it is posted to your account by your bank or credit card company. Contact your bank or credit card company for an update on the refund. If it has been more then 5 business days since the processing of your refund and it is still not appearing on the original form of payment, feel free to contact us at sales@sierrasocks.com.

Sale items (if applicable)


Only regular-priced items may be refunded.  Sale or clearance items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)


We are happy to replace items if they are defective. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please send us an email at sales@sierrasocks.com and let us know.

Please include the order number and your contact information, including email and phone number with your return and/or exchange so we may be able to contact you, should we have a question.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

If you are returning an item that costs $50 or more, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
